Overview

The Philadelphia office of Kaufman Dolowich, an AV-rated® firm designated one of the “Best Companies to Work For” among U.S. law firms by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking an associate with a minimum of 2 years of defense litigation experience to join its Consumer Financial Services Group. Experience in financial services litigation, regulatory defense, and/or compliance counseling. The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA accredited Law School.
• Admission to PA and NJ Bar.
• Federal and State Court experience.
• Experience on the defense side of consumer financial services preferred.
• Experience in developing strategy and taking/defending depositions is a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing, research, and communications skills.
• Must be organized and have the ability to work independently.
