Associate with 2-3 years of civil litigation experience, including depositions, discovery, pleadings, and motion practice. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as court experience are required. Must possess an outstanding academic record, with a JD from an ABA accredited law school, and be a member of the California State Bar. Additional consideration given to applicants with prior trust, probate, and financial elder abuse litigation experience.
