We are looking to hire a full-time litigation assistant to work in our Trusts and Estates litigation department. The ideal candidate will be familiar with litigation and can assist with the preparation of documents including discovery. This position will mail serve, check court probate notes, handle large copy jobs, create internal files, and electronically organize files. The ability to prioritize and take direction is essential. This is an in office position. Experience with document management software and e-file is helpful. Must have Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office experience.
