Job Title: Litigation Associate
Location: 300 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43215
Compensation: $100,000-$150,000 annually
Description:
We are a growing firm that understands the legal profession must be nimble, responsive, and innovative.
If you are licensed in Ohio with 1-7 years of experience, strong oral advocacy and writing skills, experience with litigation, the ability to adapt to changing lines of business, and autonomously handle a large volume of complex files in a fast-paced environment, we are looking for you. Experience with clients is a plus.
Whether you are in a big firm, small firm, or solo practitioner, we can move in the right direction together.
Hours:
As attorneys, we generally work M-F during standard business hours between 8:30 and 5:00 pm. Because the nature of each task and client varies, our work hours also vary beyond those of a general “40-hour” set work week. Generally, our case deadlines, the demands of our clients and the needs of our practice focus the hours we work to ensure sure we are producing exceptional work quality and great results.
Travel:
You should expect to travel both across Ohio and nationally as you develop your practice. At times, overnight travel will be required. Trial work can often take place for consecutive days or multiple weeks out of town. Our clients reimburse for travel expenses, and we will reimburse you for the same. There is always adequate notice to plan for these types of out-of-town events.
Billable Requirement: 2000 billable hours a year
