We are a small Law Firm based in Harrisburg PA. We presently practice in the areas of Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, and Real Estate Litigation. See our website for more information www.coryleshner.com.

We are looking for an entrepreneurially minded attorney for an Associate level position. The firm presently operates in the Central PA area with a specific focus in Dauphin, Snyder, and Northumberland Counties. We are looking for an attorney that thrives in a fast paced environment. You can expect to be in Court several days per week. The practice areas include Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, and Real Estate Litigation.

Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation
- Assist with legal administrative tasks such as document drafting, filing, and organization
- Litigate cases in court, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Write legal opinions and provide advice to clients based on research findings
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area
- Utilize legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the PA bar and in good standing
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Proficiency in using legal research databases such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
