Responsibilities Works closely with business stakeholders to manage technical aspects of marketing automation and CRM integration Assists with maintenance of marketing lists, automated programs and workflows, and landing pages created within our automation platform Monitors lead data quality, imports, email deliverability, database hygiene, and compliance Troubleshoots system integrations and adheres to governance policy set by MarTech manager Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as Brand, Product, Demand Gen, and Sales to support other teams’ needs leveraging email as a communication channel Owns daily email sends to respective audiences including creation, targeting, QA and deployment; ensures all emails deploy correctly Assists with lead database management and segmentation strategy Leverages marketing automation tools and CRM to track performance, analyze data trends against business goals, and report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts Creates and implements technical project plans across marketing and sales as assigned Stays abreast of current marketing automation trends and strategies and recommend best practice solutions Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS’ core competencies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience 2 years of hands-on experience in Marketo or similar marketing automation platform (eg: Pardot, Hubspot) Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, Salesforce.com, and HTML/CSS experience is strongly preferred Comfortable providing guidance for competing demands and managing expectations in a fast-paced changing environment that is going through high growth Previous project management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work seamlessly in a team-oriented environment Demonstrated flexibility, creativity and problem-solving skills Strong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail Thrive in always looking for ways to inform new ideas, tests, and other improvements for programs using data-driven insights Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and can easily switch gears to manage multiple project types Ability to manage and prioritize high volume of projects EEO Statement iCIMS is a place where everyone belongs. Your estimated compensation will be based upon your experience. iCIMS offers the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), an open vacation policy, sick days, short-term disability, long-term disability, maternity/bonding and parental leave, tuition reimbursement, flexible savings accounts, paid holidays, life and AD&D insurance.
