The Manager of Total Rewards for Cedar Fair will partner with compensation analysts and benefits specialists to lead our efforts in designing, refining, implementing, and managing comprehensive total rewards programs. Located in Charlotte or Sandusky , This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in benefits and ideally, compensation, who can collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with our organizational objectives and values. The incumbent will report directly to the Director of Total Rewards. This is a senior-level individual contributor role.
