Job Purpose
As a Senior Account Manager, you are a solution expert for your clients, identifying and understanding client pain points and helping our client get the most from our solutions. You're energized by the value potential of data, analytics and AI/ML to solve problems and radiate that energy outward. This position focuses on existing customer account management through data-driven solution sets delivered via API (DaaS) and web applications (SaaS). You will own the client relationship for a portfolio consisting of medium to large Price Digests and Central Analysis Bureau client accounts within Government, Insurance and Finance vertical markets.
Serving as the primary contact, the Senior Account Manager is responsible for the onboarding, product adoption, value realization, upsell/cross-sell account expansion, and the renewal of their assigned client portfolio.
The ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment is imperative as this position will work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, and Sales Engineering.

Perks/Benefits:
The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $74,000/year - $82,000/year plus incentive. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
