Job Summary:
As the Director of Human Resources, you are a key member of the Human Resources Leadership Team leading the HR Business Partner function driving and executing our mission of being the best manufacturing company to work for. You will lead a team of HR Managers and HR Business Partners across our 4 California-based sites. In this role, you will collaborate closely with operations leadership to understand business issues and partner with HR and Business leadership to develop effective business solutions.
You are the right person for this role if you are an experienced HR professional, well-versed in all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, coaching and development, talent management, workforce planning and development, change management, program management and employment law.
You will use strong analytical capabilities, solid decision making and judgement while establishing strong relationships with both leaders and team members. Key Responsibilities
