In addition to the skills above, which are part of our startup DNA, an ideal candidate will have the following sales abilities: Hubspot, ability to research and problem-solve

What you’ll do

  • Utilize Hubspot to conduct cold calls and emails to generate leads
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings between the prospect and sales executives
  • Report to the sales manager

Who you are

  • You have 1-3 years’ experience in sales with a track record of executing qualified leads.
  • You have strong problem-solving capabilities and can adapt to new processes and procedures quickly;
  • You have an open mindset, high energy, and self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial spirit;
  • A strategic thinker, excellent with project and time management skills
  • A strong communicator and team player with sales affinity and understanding
  • Fluent in English

A day in the life:

Begin your day by reviewing your inbox to determine priorities and showcasing your strong time management and task prioritization skills, which are crucial for managing meetings and prospecting efficiently. Proceed to work through your initial call block, conducting industry research to engage with our target customer and utilizing LinkedIn and HubSpot (CRM) to arrange phone or Zoom conversations. Then, meet with a financial institution to discuss our international payment solution, and set up a demo once you pique their interest. After this call block, engage with the sales team to review opportunities, address obstacles, and plan upcoming qualifying calls for sales representatives, providing insights and findings to prepare them for discovery calls. Complete additional call blocks in the afternoon and connect with prospects through social media. Finally, prepare for the next day's call blocks as the day winds down.
