Kellanova is Hiring a Remote Key Account Executive

Kellanova is seeking a Key Account Executive supporting Albertsons National Team on Frozen categories. In this exciting role, you will use your selling skills to partner with key decision makers and drive business results across Assortment, Merchandising, Pricing, as well as Shelving.
As an integral part of the Kellanova Albertsons team, you’ll create sales solutions driven by consumer insights and maximize the growth strategy for your account—all while building your expertise and network. This role is remote-based. This position provides participation in the Kellanova Auto Reimbursement program for individuals driving at least 5,000 business miles annually.
A Taste of What You Will Be Doing
  • Account Development – You will develop an annual customer plan that sets objectives to support our Frozen portfolio of brands through merchandising, promotions, pricing, new & seasonal product launches, Omnichannel programs, and strategic partner initiatives.
  • Strategic Planning - Design strategic plans to drive profitable sales, including efficient promotion planning and base driving initiatives.
  • Strategic Partnerships – Create partnerships with key decision makers and internal cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver results.
  • Analytics – Knowing your business will be imperative in driving profitable sales growth. Performing pre and post-promotion analysis and revising future programs as necessary will be key to your success.
  • Budget Management - You will be responsible for P&L management in addition to budget management
We’re Looking for Someone With
  • Significant account management experience
  • Ability to develop, present, and execute customer plans with a focus on customer communication and account penetration
  • Ability to understand market dynamics, forecast results, and strong financial acumen
  • Analyze and interpret data (i.e. Nielsen / IRI)
  • Strong understanding of trade strategy, retail operation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • A flexible work schedule and the ability to travel overnight. Time may vary depending on the location of residency.
