Ultimate LLC is Hiring a Remote Medical Equipment Inside Sales Rep

Job Description

Job Requirements
The Inside Sales Representative should exhibit self-motivation, a team-oriented sales approach, confidence, and a strong drive to succeed with a competitive spirit. The ideal candidate will be motivated by their own desire for success, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, display outgoing behavior, demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation abilities. Additionally, they should have the capability to establish rapport and nurture long-term, fruitful business relationships with customers. This role involves both prospecting for new business opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Drive the promotion and sale of Company Visual Solutions by generating demand among end-users and channel partners.
* Execute business activities within the designated territory in collaboration with the field sales team.
* Achieve all assigned sales quotas as outlined in quarterly and annual plans.
* Develop and uphold a prospecting objective to expand new business opportunities in partnership with the field sales team.
* Manage order processing, quotes, and customer service tasks for clients within the assigned region.
* Follow up on product leads and inquiries within the geographical territory, and communicate outcomes to Management and relevant headquarters personnel.
* Engage in approved local and national product exhibitions and conventions, as assigned by management and headquarters personnel.
* Coordinate client issues across various departments including sales, service, support, customer services, marketing, and finance.
* Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, installations, and provide application support.
Qualifications:
* Possess a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business-to-business IT sales.
* Demonstrate expertise in IT sales channel operations.
* Show a track record of successfully prospecting new customers and closing deals.
* Exhibit a strong understanding of technology and user interaction with technology.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and CRM software.
* Demonstrate high motivation levels to achieve desired results.
* Excel as a team player.
* Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Capable of multitasking effectively.
* Highly organized, with the ability to maintain focus on prospecting tasks despite distractions.
