Job Duties/Description:

Sets appointments via phone calls and other forms of communication to negotiate space rental prices for advertisements and promotions.Writes lease agreements and builds strong customer relationships with just a few phone calls. Resolves customer concerns in a calm, professional manner.Update location profile data to ensure data base accuracyCompletes lease forms and agreementsMaintains work areas and office in clean and orderly manner.Develops an accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the business, particularly in areas such as rent and pricing information.Remains up to date of assigned campaign status of all lease projectsSeeks educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.

Requirements:

At least one (1) year of sales and customer service experience preferred.High school diploma or GEDGood written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask.Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented.Detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines.Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.Knowledge Word and Excel, Outlook.

Additional Info:

• Pay rate: $22/hr.
• Schedule: 8:30am - 5pm Mon - Friday
• Location: 100% in office in Plymouth
