Ultimate LLC is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Rep

Job Description

Job Description:

  • Interact with clients to grasp their requirements and offer price quotations
  • Efficiently handle customer inquiries and orders via email and phone communications
  • Execute order processing tasks while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Manage and supervise sales activities for assigned accounts, maintaining updated customer data in a CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate customized opportunities for clients
  • Keep abreast of account-specific changes and requirements to enhance client service
  • Prepare tailored reports and proposals for key clients

Qualifications:

  • Preferably 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Proficient in phone communication and written correspondence
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a drive to achieve sales targets

Additional Information:

  • Salary range: $50,000 per year plus commission (potential to earn $1,000 to $3,000 per month)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Location: Plymouth, MN (On-site work only)
  • Employment type: Direct hire
