When you join us as a Reimbursement Operations Team Lead, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21^st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

• Supports the objectives of the Department Manager.
• Ensures that all processing and quality standards are maintained. Assist in completing random quality review to ensure processes are being followed and identifying training needs and/or improvement opportunities.
• Implements enhanced work processes within the department, as directed by management.
• Evaluates workflow and workloads throughout the department on a daily basis. Alerts manager to backlog conditions. Implements corrective action, as directed.
• Provides team member support in resolution of reimbursement issue.
• Ensures team members meet subsidiary standards as it relates to the team’s daily responsibilities (i.e. data entry, coding, patient calls, etc).
• Ensures team members follow all compliance plan standards conforming to applicable guidelines and regulations.
• Remains current on applicable billing and reimbursement changes, guidelines, and updates.
• Provides team members with support and motivation.
• Recognizes and provides coaching, counseling, and discipline as appropriate.
• Delegates work appropriately and follows through to ensure optimal results.

• The above knowledge, skills and abilities may be demonstrated by an Associate Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a four-year degree in business or a related field and/or equivalent as well as medical billing experience.
