RadNet is Hiring a Remote Knowledge Manager

Job Summary

The CCCE Manager of Knowledge Management (KM) will serve as the primary resource for improving access to knowledge across the Customer Contact Center East organization so our team members may efficiently and effectively deliver seamless and effortless service experiences to every patient. The position will assess current knowledge management practices and build upon them with the goal of establishing, refining and continuously improving RadNet Customer Contact Center East's knowledge management approach, putting in place systems and processes that enhance knowledge collection, cataloging and retrieval. The position promotes and contributes to a culture of knowledge-sharing, including best practices, lessons learned, and results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Excel Expertise: Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, create meaningful reports, and facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Create and Capture Process: Develop efficient processes for creating, capturing, and cataloging knowledge assets, including documents, best practices, and lessons learned.
  • Establish 'Ways of Working': Define and implement best practices and guidelines for knowledge management, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Establish Governance: Set up governance structures to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Spread Best Practices: Promote knowledge-sharing culture and facilitate the dissemination of best practices throughout the organization.
  • Drive Organizational Effectiveness: Use knowledge management tools and methodologies to enhance organizational effectiveness, streamline workflows, and reduce redundancy.
  • Drive Innovation: Encourage innovation by providing teams with access to relevant knowledge resources and fostering a creative environment.
  • Support Internal Autonomy: Empower teams with the information and resources they need to make informed decisions and take ownership of their knowledge assets.
  • Engage Functional, Business, and Strategic Leads: Collaborate with leaders across functions and business units to understand their knowledge needs and align knowledge management strategies accordingly.
  • Embed, Connect, and Integrate Systems: Work on integrating knowledge management systems with existing technologies and platforms to ensure seamless access to information.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Knowledge Management, Information Science, Business, etc.). Master's degree preferred, or 5 years relevant experience
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and practices.
  • Experience in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience with knowledge management software and tools is a plus.
  • A passion for learning and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

preferred

  • Academic and/or professional background in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Business, etc.

Physical Demands

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Must be able to use a computer and other office machinery including copiers, scanners and computer software. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel (~20% of time), drive a vehicle, and utilize other forms of transportation.
