Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Schedule:

8:00AM-5:00Pm, Monday - Friday (40 hours per week).Flexible – 80% or more remote based on staff location. If local, one day per week in the corporate office located in Owings Mills, MD.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Financial analysis and reporting of joint venture monthly and annual financial statements.
• Revenue and AR analysis and schedule preparation.
• Budget planning and preparation.
• Miscellaneous project management. Assist in special projects and develop financial statements for business development and physician services.
• Review compliance with and accuracy of Joint Venture hospital and employed physician contracts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in a managerial role in a healthcare accounting setting.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Ability to be a self-starter and is detail oriented.
• Extensive working experience and knowledge in general accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, policies and procedures, and internal financial reporting.
• Capability to interact with senior leadership and lead team processes in problem resolution and business development.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary Range: $100k – $110K / year
