About the role:

As a Senior Business Development Representative (Sr. BDR) at Skydio, you will leverage your previous BDR experience to drive qualified outbound meetings and expand our business across North America. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a small team, master the outbound skillset with advanced 1:1 training, and solidify the foundation for an unstoppable career in sales.

How you'll make an impact:

• Consistently surpass your monthly quota of qualified opportunities
• Leverage multi-channel prospecting to set meetings with C/VP-level contacts
• Qualify prospects by conducting high-level 15-minute discovery calls
• Attend key industry events to qualify prospects in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with the team to consistently improve our outbound process

What makes you a good fit:

• You have a minimum of one year in a Business Development role
• You consistently perform in the Top 10% of your outbound BDR team
• You make 100 Dials/Day; you have experienced the joy of having 10-20 daily conversations with VP/C-level contacts; you are confident selling to executives
• You are able to identify your Top 20% of your accounts (and prospects) and focus 80% of your energy there, leveraging your creativity where it makes the biggest impact
• You identify problems; and you expect your leaders to empower you to solve them
• Bonus: You’ve worked with Orum, Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, SalesNav, Vidyard

Compensation Range: The annual base salary range for this position is $63,750 - $80,625 commission* with a target OTE of $100,000 . Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. In addition to base salary, Skydio full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our benefit plans and take advantage of a variety of incentives and stipends.
