Job Summary:
As the Director of Human Resources, you'll be the driving force behind our HR initiatives, working hand-in-hand with leadership to steer our organization towards excellence. You'll lead, plan, and coordinate the efforts of our talented HR team, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and strategies. Will lead the team across ALL HR functions, such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, leadership development, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and nurturing a positive work culture.
