We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team and assist with various HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation, including conducting new hire orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollment, changes, and communication with employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
- Assist with payroll processing and support the HR Manager with other HR-related tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 2 years of experience in HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
