Insurance Producer

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Insurance Producer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to individuals and businesses, as well as maintaining and expanding their client base.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Sell various types of insurance policies, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance
- Educate clients on their options and help them choose the right coverage for their needs
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
- Stay current on industry trends and changes in insurance laws and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Work with underwriters to prepare and submit insurance applications
- Keep accurate records of all sales and client interactions

Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of various types of insurance policies and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Licensed to sell insurance for property and casualty in Texas
