At Power3 Solutions, we're looking for a part-time Social Media and Marketing consultant to join our team. We are need a talented consultant to do freelance work for our Client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires a creative individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, and TikTok.
• This role specifically works with LinkedIn creating content for organizations in various fields, with technology driving companies being our number one Client base. 
• Able to build LinkedIn followers for Client.
• Create Polls on LinkedIn for engagement. 
• Create engaging and relevant content, including text, image, and video posts, that resonates with the Client’s target audience and aligns with their brand, voice, and objectives.
• Create newsletters by adding Client’s content and input into a visually pleasing handout for distribution. 
• Manage all social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing content on Social Pilot, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring mentions and engagement metrics.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize our presence and performance on each platform.
• Collaborate with Client’s point of contact to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.
• Analyze social media data and performance metrics to track key metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and a steady flow of engaging content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Additional years of experience can replace degree. 
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and growing social media accounts.
• Experience with social media advertising and familiarity with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling. Must be novice at creating images on Canva.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and data to inform decision-making and strategy.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms such as Canva and socialpilot or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

The position is a contract position, paid as 1099, and is a work-from-home opportunity with flexibility and autonomy within the timeline parameters. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, independent, and possess excellent communication skills. Our team will meet with clients during regular business hours; therefore, we require all team members to be available for calls and virtual meetings.
