- Assist with employee training – including training development
- Ensure accuracy of data for processing
- Project support
- Create and maintain Quality Work Instructions and Reference Documents
- Overpayment transactions – process and audit
- Communicate overpayments to customers
- Point of contact for Payroll Customer Support
- Retrieve, research and analyze pay history using financial systems
- Calculate overpayments
- Monitor debt collections - monitor until case is closed
- Correct errors in the pay processing system
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel and MS Word
- US Citizenship
- Experience in payroll processing is preferred
