Power3 Solutions and Partnering Companies is Hiring a Compensation Analyst Near Charleston, SC

Power3 Solutions is hiring Compensation Analysts to join our team in Charleston, SC! This position offers a hybrid schedule – 2 days telework & 3 days on-site.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Time & Attendance – reporting, calculating, processing
  • Pay calculation
  • Individual leave accounts
  • Allotments of pay
  • Receive, research, analyze and process pay actions
  • Verifies personnel actions and personal service contracts/agreements
  • Point of contact for employees regarding payroll matters
  • Audits, analyzes and reconciles reports or accounts
  • Manual calculations, when necessary
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree and at least 3-4 years of related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of related experience
  • Payroll and/or financial experience
  • Experience working in financial/payroll automated systems (such as PeopleSoft)
  • Intermediate level in MS Excel & MS Word
  • Multi-tasking, customer service, analytical, organizational, oral and written communication skills
  • US Citizenship
