- Pay calculation
- Individual leave accounts
- Allotments of pay
- Receive, research, analyze and process pay actions
- Verifies personnel actions and personal service contracts/agreements
- Point of contact for employees regarding payroll matters
- Audits, analyzes and reconciles reports or accounts
- Manual calculations, when necessary
- Associate Degree and at least 3-4 years of related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of related experience
- Payroll and/or financial experience
- Experience working in financial/payroll automated systems (such as PeopleSoft)
- Intermediate level in MS Excel & MS Word
