Air General, a national cargo handling company is seeking an experienced administrative assistant for our (AUS)Austin-Bergstrom International Airport operation.

Requirements include establish and maintain employee/payroll records. Duties may include checking and auditing timekeeping records for compliance with established standards, maintaining time and attendance records, responsible for completing electronic I-9s for new hires, sending new hire information to corporate headquarters, and all other duties as assigned. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer, ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion, excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines. Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Greeting and assisting visitors
• Managing and organizing files and documents
• Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail
