Our client, a global financial advisory firm, is looking for an additional Executive Assistant to support a Department Head plus their team! The ideal candidate must be proactive, service – minded and a strong communicator. Thoroughness and attention to detail are key! Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm - checking email as needed

*5 days onsite, Midtown East

Compensation: $90 - 110k base OT bonus

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage heavy calendars and meetings
• Managing incoming calls and correspondence
• Setting up for meetings, managing conference room calendars
• Arranging travel plans and itineraries
• Submitting expense reports
• Prepare presentations for conferences
• General administrative support as requested
• Assist with special events and projects as needed

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Finance/Investment Banking
• Energetic, motivated, and team-oriented
• Personable and flexible to adapt to last-minute changes in schedule
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
