Our client, a financial services firm, is looking for a temp to perm Receptionist to join their NYC team!

This assignment starts asap and will be ongoing with potential to convert to permanent if the right fit.

Hours: 9am – 5pm

*Fully onsite

Responsibilities:

• Own the office’s reception area and act as our office's first touch point
• Greet and announce visitors
• Answer and field incoming calls
• Manage the maintenance and booking of multiple conference rooms, kitchen areas, and shared spaces
• Sort and distribute mail and packages
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related administrative experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Friendly, warm, and outgoing personality
