Our day-to-day job : managing the omnichannel customer service of the brands that trust us (pre-sales, sales and post-sales), on the customer's preferred communication channel and language (telephone, e-mail, chat, instant messaging, social networks, evaluation platforms) in over 20 languages.

Odity is looking for a Brand Ambassador based in New York City.

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide a tailor-made approach for the customer.

As our Brand Ambassador you will report directly to the Team Leader.

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our client’s products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

That sounds just right for me. What do I need to bring?

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • At least one year of customer service experience required.

Qualities :

  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Experience working with customer support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
