Duties:
- Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate leads and build relationships -Analyze client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements - Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
-Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met. -Managing recruiting, objective setting, coaching and the performance monitoring of sales representatives -Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs. -Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs. -Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
-Prepares sales budget; monitors expenses and gets approval.
-Acts as company representative at trade organizations, charities, conventions and any other business meeting setting.
-Achieving growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. -Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
