Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Project Manager to join our team. The Sales Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from the initial sales phase through completion. This role requires, excellent communication abilities, some understanding of construction processes and project management.
Duties:
- Bringing in new clients, reviving old clients, and handling accounts once acquired.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop project proposals and estimates
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
- Create project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Conduct regular FOLLOW UPS to monitor progress and address any issues or delays
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Follow up on the process to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the project
- Prepare and present reports on budget, and performance
Experience:
- Sales
- Some experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong Knowledge of construction estimating, project scheduling, and coordination
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
