Salary $65-75K plus benefits (in office M-F; Hours 8:30 - 6:00 pm) – Summer Fridays out by 1-2 pm); great benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, disability (with some contribution)
Responsibilities:
- Support the VP's in the Development Department
- Assist the President as needed
- Phones, Filing, Projects, Taking Notes
- Travel arrangements, calendaring
- Set up for meetings: order food, set up room, clean up.
- Help out with refreshments, water bottles, coffee, etc.
- Professional; courteous
- Utmost discretion with confidential matters
- 3 years experience working as an Executive Assistant
- Microsoft Office - word, excel, outlook; familiar with Powerpoint
- Savvy with Zoom/Gomeet
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Must be confident around upper level management
