Account Executive - Heating Sales Specialist

Dual Fuel Corp is seeking a dynamic, self driven individual to lead our sales & marketing efforts in commercial heating.

As an Account Executive, you will thoroughly comprehend client’s heating requirements and assess how Dual Fuel can meet those needs. You will act as the bridge between clients and our services, ensuring a clear understanding of their heating-related concerns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Qualify inbound leads and prospects.
  • Mine company database to identify targets and formulate lead lists.
  • Prospect for new sales by cold calling existing and prospective customers about incentive opportunities.
  • Maintain records of all customer “touches” and contacts.
  • Meet regularly with Property Managers and Super’s to review their site’s existing setup and comfort needs.
  • Understand customer pain points, where their existing system is lacking and apply our solution to their business needs.
  • Coordinate work across different divisions within our company to achieve our customer’s goals.
  • Regularly report market trends, customer satisfaction levels, and credit lines to the leadership team.
  • Draft customer agreements and price sheets for management review.
  • Develop a proposed scope of work that addresses client concerns, including budget considerations and project timelines.
  • Address and overcome customer objections and concerns.
  • Negotiate pricing while maintaining predetermined required profit margin.
  • Collaborate with key decision-makers to identify opportunities and develop innovative ideas that drive sales.
  • Hold virtual demonstrations to showcase our services and win prospect’s business.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and bids.
  • Attend industry trade shows and participate in customer networking events.
  • Represent Dual Fuel, establish connections and stay informed about industry developments.

Skills and Qualifications:

-Strong sales background: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the heating or HVAC industry.

-Excellent Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities

-Deep understanding of Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Preferred Experience:

● 2 years NYC multifamily real estate sales experience
● 2 years HVAC, MEP, Controls Automation sales
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
