Responsibilities:• Assist with the recruitment process, including the preparation of offer letters and managing the interview process• Handle onboarding and offboarding paperwork to ensure a smooth transition for employees joining or leaving the company• Assist in data entry tasks related to payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness• Utilize HRMS and other software such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian to manage and maintain employee records• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws• Manage employee relations and address any issues that may arise• Administer benefits and compensation programs, maintaining a thorough understanding of all benefit functions• Utilize ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) to streamline recruitment processes• Assist with other HR-related tasks as necessary.
