Job Description: Full-time entry-level position at a longstanding vibrant and fast-paced full-service central Orange County law firm, with room to grow, learn, and interact in a top-notch professional environment.
Working closely with lawyers and paralegals enforcing and collecting judgments throughout California, Arizona, Washington, Nevada, Colorado and Texas. Duties include preparing documents for filing, recording and service of process as well as coordination with process servers, the Court, Sheriff’s Departments and other government entities. Lots of room to learn and grow into a full-fledged litigation assistant or paralegal role.
Ideal candidate will be tech savvy, Windows and Excel-skilled, capable of quickly adapting to the Firm’s paperless systems. Applicant should have great organizational skills, ability to multi-task, self-motivator, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Must be a dedicated professional with a positive attitude, and professional appearance.
