Progilisys Solutions is leading the search for a Sales Development Rep for a healthcare insurance company based out of Pittsburgh. The Sales Rep plays a vital role in the company by prospecting, nurturing, and identifying qualified opportunities to expand the Sales Pipeline. This role is responsible for managing outbound campaigns, identifying critical decision-makers, and delivering initial sales presentations.

This is a direct hire position that is 100% remote but candidates need to be located in Pittsburgh to travel to the office occasionally for meetings.

• 5 years of successful experience is required for this position.
• Prior experience in business development, particularly in the healthcare technology industry, is required.
• The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance quotas.
• Candidates should have a strong professional phone/email/LinkedIn presence
• Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools is expected.
• Candidates should be proficient with or able to learn various computer software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Outreach.io, Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools that may be identified.
