The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field, come from a Tech company, with over 10 years of experience, and have experience managing international teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a global team of HR business partners to achieve HR objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide strategic HR guidance.
• Advise on talent management, performance, career development, and employee engagement.
• Enhance work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
• Guide managers on employee counseling, discipline, and performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures; recommend improvements.
• Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Stay updated on legal requirements; coordinate with legal as needed.
• Promote a high-performance culture and align with company vision.

Required Experience:

• 10 years progressive HR experience
• 5 years of experience in international HR practices, employee relations, and employment law.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; including MS Excel.
• Experience with global teams and diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong planning, project management, and analysis skills.
