Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers

* Copy and mail invoices, purchase orders, packing slips.

* Answer phone in a professional manner.

* Direct calls to their destination without delay

* Update customers(internal) on work performed or general questions

* Respond to all emails and voicemails in a timely manner

* Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company

* Replenish office supplies as needed

* File documents properly and in a timely manner

* Assist and perform all tasks as required such as mailing, scanning slips, letters and other clerical tasks as needed.

* Update job lists, phone lists, and database.

* Meeting preparation if needed

* Run miscellaneous errands

* Support production and warehouse department answering calls

* Invoice follow up

* Keep, maintain and control equipment/tools inventory, availability and location

* Send supporting docs to customers daily

* Perform additional work as directed by manager including administrative activities and clerical tasks

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required

Education

* High School Diploma or GED

Experience

* 1-year experience preferred

Skills & Requirements

* Minimum 18 years of age

* Successful Pre-Employment Drug Test

* Successful Background Check

* Minimum 18 years of age

* Experience working on behalf of a roofing/trade/construction company preferred

* Bilingual Spanish/English a plus

* Advanced customer service skills

* Proficient knowledge in computer skills: MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook

* Ability to multi-task and stay organized

* Full time onsite
