We are looking for an HR Director for our Southeast region operations (NJ, NC, FL, AL) to join our team and grow with us.
The HR Director provides human resources support to managers and employees regarding HR policies and practices, researches concerns, advises on performance management, and makes recommendations for effective solutions. The HRD will work across various levels of leadership to promote positive employee relations while ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. This position will provide value-added support to the leadership in the Southeast region as well as support senior management as needed.
