Our client is a long-standing family business located in the Northwest suburbs. This mid-sized manufacturing company is hiring a Human Resources Director. This individual will have to be strategic enough to help the executive team make organization wide decisions while being hands-on enough to perform many of the day to day HR duties.
The HR Director serves as the leader for all aspects of HR management of the organization including: Regulatory compliance, union relations/negotiations, employee relations, performance management, compensation administration, benefit administration, training and development, payroll, employee counseling, recruitment, workers' compensation, safety and other company specific programs, as assigned.
