Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Director of Human Resources to support this rapidly growing organization. As the Director of HR, you will drive the development and implementation of HR policies and programs that align with the company s strategic goals and values. You will oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued and engaged, leveraging diversity as a key strength.
  • Develop and deliver learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career aspirations.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employment, labor, and human rights
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as senior leadership, board members, vendors, and community partners
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals and provide them with the resources and support they need to succeed
  • Lead and execute the HR strategy and vision for the organization, ensuring alignment with the business objectives and the company culture
  • Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, from sourcing and attracting to hiring and onboarding, for all levels and functions of the organization
  • Develop and implement effective performance management systems and processes that support employee growth and development, as well as recognize and reward high performers
  • Design and administer competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent and comply with legal requirements
  • Provide coaching and advice to managers and employees on various HR issues and challenges, such as employee relations, conflict resolution, career development, and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to HR, as well as internal policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends and provide reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • 10 years of progressive experience in HR management, including employee relations, compensations and benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, and legal compliance
  • 5 years of management experience with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proficiency in human resource information systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor s degree: Human Resources/Business or a related field (master s degree preferred)
  • Experience working in a service business(s)
  • SHRM Certification
  • Ability to work with senior management and diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of HR bets practices and current trends
  • Private Equity Experience Preferred
