Job : Helpdesk Help Desk SupportTech
Location : Jackson MS
Consultant payrate : $35 / hr on W2 (All Inclusive)
The Mississippi Department of Education has acurrent goal for every community to effectively use a WorldClassData System to improve student outcomes.
This goal has an outcometo increase the availability of quality data to drive decisionsthat improve student outcomes. We are planning to satisfy this goalin part by modernizing our current student information system alongwith improving the quality of data in connected systems.
This willinclude webbased application development and creation of dashboardsand reports that will improve access accuracy and ease of use forall stakeholders.
Selected candidates rolewill focus on providing all levels of support to our customer baseboth remotely and onsite. Candidate will be the initial point ofcontact with end users requesting IT Support.
Ideal candidate hasexperience in DesktopLaptop repair and troubleshooting softwareinstallation hardware implementation and active directoryadministration.
Candidate must also have experience providingremote assistance using various platforms and must be experiencedwith providing support for O365 Applications.
Must be good atorganizing prioritizing and planning. Candidate must be able toupdate and maintain Help Desk records in accordance withestablished support procedures.
Candidate must also have excellentcommunication skills.
- Experience working in ahelp desk environment
- Experienced withproviding support for O365 Applications
- Experience providing remote assistance using variousplatforms
- Experience in desktoplaptop repairtroubleshooting and software installation
- Hardware Implementation and Deployment
- Active Directory Management
- Microsoft O365 experience
- MAC OSExperience
