Overview:
Valley Electric is offering a position as a Tier One Helpdesk Technician in our Everett office. This position reports directly to the IT Director and works closely with other IT personnel to support our office and field staff.
As a Tier One Helpdesk Technician you will monitor incoming support tickets to the Helpdesk. Assign tickets to appropriate IT staff according to the level of support required. Respond to Tier One support requests with effective communication and timeliness.
Duties:
Maintain IT inventory, manage helpdesk tickets, perform system imaging and deployment, support end users in office and remote, perform software/hardware installations, update/create IT documentation
Requirements:
Must have strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
Must know Windows 10, 11
Must be able to multi-task.
Previous IT experience preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Office suite preferred
A or Network certification preferred.
Previous experience with a helpdesk ticketing system is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
