Data Center Support Technician
6 month Contract-to-Hire
100% onsite in Quincy, WA
Shift :
Wednesday 10 : 30pm 7am
Thursday 10 : 30pm 7am
Friday 10pm 9am
Saturday 9pm 9am
$20-30 / hr W2 - paid weekly benefits available if needed
Must have at least 6 months working in a Data Center setting
Typical Day to Day (Tasks & Responsibilities) :
- Develops, enhances and maintains documentation for use in problem analysis and resolution (Includes RCAs and follow-up)
- Register customers into the site Security Access Control System. Can also sign-in vendors and visitors to provide access and escort to the facility and data hall
- Perform Remote Hands services for customers including hardware installation, power strips, rails, cable management and customer equipment troubleshooting / reboots
