Ideal candidate needs to speak English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of property management including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations.
- Handle legal administrative tasks such as drafting leases, lease renewals, and eviction notices.
- Conduct property tours for potential residents.- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants.
Requirements: No experience require, we are willing to train the right candidate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience
Expected hours: 20 per week
