- Project Manager to manage and execute IT Projects
- Work with cross functional business teams, IT teams and Vendor teams in US and EIEMA regions
- Manage more than one project at a time
- Managing and running daily scrums
- Running weekly/monthly/quarterly executive update meetings, presentation, follow ups
- Maintaining, Issues log, Risks & Mitigations
- 3 years hands-on Project Management experience in an IT Project Manager role
- Project Plan development and execution
- Working experience in managing with Internal employees and 3rd Party vendor resources
- Vendor Management experience
- Solid Project Management skills and experience
- Experience in managing & implementing real-time integration projects between Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), ERP (SAP), HR (WorkDay), SAP CPI
- Experience in managing and implementing Complaint Management system such as SmartSolve IQVIA
- Excellent communication skills
