The ideal candidate will have a high level attention to detail, project management across
multiple stakeholders and time zones, flexible with numerous tracking platforms and sheets, and
keen on improvement processes and solutions. Prior experience in a fast paced environment is
preferred with a plus in working in the Telco/Infrastructure field and managing external vendors
and datacenters.
Responsibility
Logistics Coordination
1. Manage Region Projects/Tickets and work with cross-functional teams and vendors to
unblock issues
1. Understand the status of assigned region engineer's projects and update its' tickets
regularly
2. Hosts weekly/bi-weekly Logistics Related meetings with stakeholders to ensure projects
are moving along and communicate any risks/blockers to stakeholders.
1. Provide a tracker/dashboard that shows progress of each project with pending task
2. Take meeting notes and share it with stakeholders.
3. Unify Ticketing tracking for all requests across different vendors and regions
4. Manage CDN site accuracy on our internal database and update changes accordingly
5. Lead new Initiative and Project Meetings for Process and Device Improvements
6. Host project wrap up meetings
7. Coordinate and manage external vendor troubleshooting calls and follow-up tasks

1. Inventory Database Improvement Strategy

2. Create plan for healthy amount of spares at each site/warehouse and trigger
request for additional spares when it reaches certain threshold
3. Raise Site and Vendor Remote Hands to perform site audits when needed

Vendor Support
1. Initial POC for all Vendor Queries relating to shipment, access, and
chats/communications
2. Create Colocation Inbound/Outbound Shipments and track Deliveries
3. Work with SCM/Planning to update and add equipments into CMDB- How to receive
servers in Twinkle AMS
4. Schedule onsite technicians and provide site access requests for all ad-hoc/scheduled
activities.
5. Ensure ACL list is up to date.
6. Submit Vendor Remote Hands Requests to support physical works on site
7. Perform regular audits for all site portals, inventory, and hours performed by vendors
8. Schedule vendors for ERAD for Reverse logistics and oversee the activities.
9. QBR for all vendors
