Position Summary: This position is in place to give you all the skills and understanding needed to efficiently run your own Branch Sales Team. You will work with different Branch Sales Managers as they Train, monitor, and motivate Sales representatives to achieve department goals.

Responsibilities:

• Learn how to Supervise, train, and hire Sales personnel.
• Learn how to Create and implement short- and long-term sales goals.
• Learn to prepare timely reports to Vice President of Sales regarding sales plans and objectives, and monitor the same from Sales personnel.
• Learn to communicate, coordinate, and cooperate with other Branch supervisors.
• Make decisions about the overall operation of the Sales department.
• All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma from a 2-year post-high school institution required.
• Degree from a 4-year college preferred.
• 1-2 years sales experience required.
• 3-5 years preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required.
• Working knowledge of construction and electric wiring preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of company alarm systems required.
• Intermediate word processing and basic spreadsheet competence required
