Touchstone Communities- San Antonio, TX HRIS Specialist

• Work Schedule is hybrid Monday-Friday. Must reside near the San Antonio, TX area.
• Preferred knowledge of Paycor HRIS system.

Responsibilities :

System Administration : Administer and maintain the HRIS database. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. Customize and configure HRIS software to meet organizational needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.

Data Management : Collect, input, and update employee information. Generate reports and analyze HR metrics using HRIS tools.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Training and Support : Provide training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality. Offer technical support and assistance to users.

Develop user guides and documentation for HRIS processes.

• Integration and Upgrades : Collaborate with Paycor to integrate HRIS with other systems
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvement. Recommend changes to HRIS workflows to streamline operations.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience working with HRIS software (e.g., Workday, Paycor, Paycom, etc.)
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
