About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Total Rewards Manager to join our dynamic team. The Total Rewards Manager will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs. This role will be responsible for designing and executing strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring alignment with our organizational objectives.
We offer a dynamic hybrid work environment, combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative energy of in-person interaction. While we value flexibility, this role requires in-office presence three days a week to foster teamwork, innovation, and connection. Our commitment to both remote and in-person work ensures a balance between autonomy and collaboration, allowing our team members to thrive in a supportive and engaging environment.
This is an individual contributor (non people-management) role; reporting to the Director of People Systems & Operations. The role is based in Redwood City, CA; with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days per week in office.

At Carbon, we look at the person holistically and carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. The salary pay range for this position is $132,800.00 - $199,200.00. Your actual salary will be based on your experience, work location, certifications and the unique skills you bring to the role.
