We Need You – The Office Assistant:

  • You’re the heartbeat of our office, the first voice our clients hear, and a driving force behind our seamless operations.
  • We’re searching for someone extraordinary, someone who thrives on contributing to a variety of projects and faces challenges with optimism and a proactive attitude.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Being the friendly face and voice of our company, greeting all office visitors and handling incoming calls and emails with positivity and professionalism.
  • Collaborating closely with team members to become the cornerstone of every project, including membership administration, marketing execution, tech support, event preparation, and broker services.
  • Solve problems like a pro, providing exceptional service on tier 1 requests, or escalating complex issues to relevant staff members.
  • Coordinating awards, communications, and mailings with meticulous precision.
  • Mastering our systems, from membership to real estate tech, marketing, event software, and all of the tools in between.
  • Executing a social media calendar and partnering with marketing staff to curate content that’s as engaging as it is informative.
  • Create digital assets using Canva and edit video footage for engaging reels and shorts.
  • Demonstrating persistence by keeping issues at the forefront and overcoming difficulties until resolution is achieved.
  • Providing exceptional, white-glove service to our brokers and agents.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A customer service superstar who values the importance of supporting trusted partnerships.
  • A self-starter and resourceful problem solver who is comfortable working independently.
  • A tech-savvy individual with a knack for all things digital. You understand the difference between a .xslx and .csv file. You pick up on new software quickly. Even if you aren’t sure how to do it, you’re eager to Google it to figure it out.
  • Hyper-organized, proactive, and tenacious—you’re the person who anticipates needs, finds solutions, and celebrates getting tasks to the finish line.
  • A team player who’s as supportive as they are motivated, and as positive as they are efficient.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. You’re a customer service champion and excel at providing administrative support to team members.
  • Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office: You’re a master of business letters in Word, can perform mail merges between Excel and Word effortlessly, and understand the basics of Excel formulas.
  • Business-Level Social Media Knowledge: Strategic understanding and execution of social media platforms for business growth and engagement.
  • Experienced in troubleshooting issues and guiding clients through ‘how to’ inquiries.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
